This session will cover the utilization of the EFT function within Ross A/P for processing credit card (cc) payments and Buyer Initiated Payments (BIP).

We will cover what we learned in the do’s and don’ts and how to be a good Monday morning quarterback! There are master file setup tricks with payee types, banks and custom DML coding to match required file layouts and remit advices.

A/P EFTs can also be configured for direct submission to various banks. We will demonstrate some of the additional customizations (such as bank account info) needed in order to accomplish this.  For A/R, lockbox and ACH on-line payments can minimize the time for processing cash payments.  Examples of two different bank processes will be discussed along with the features in Ross.
