Along with the untold story, there will be a lighthearted view of “The Valley of Death.” The VOD was coined by another software company and they use it to describe the cycle that all implementations go through. The cycle starts with needing a new system and ends with acceptance (similar to the five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance).
