Kelly is the Director of Technology at O-AT-KA Milk Products Coop., Inc.; a complex, results-oriented innovative dairy solutions company that develops and produces value-added products and a wide range of dairy products. 

Kelly has led the evolution of the technology team over her 25+ year career at O-AT-KA, which started with the installation of the first client-network. The team today works closely with all areas of the business by supporting innovative solutions that maximize the use of technology. The last 10+ years have been focused on delivering and supporting an integrated Ross ERP and Factory MES while continuing to enhance processes that best utilize these systems. For O-AT-KA it is not just about the installation and support of the software, it is about partnering with stakeholders to deliver a highly integrated solution which results in a reduction of non-value added tasks, efficiency improvements and the support of first-time-right for full optimization.

Kelly also serves as the Ross Executive User Committee Chairwoman.
